With more than 25 years of experience in the private rehabilitation sector, Cheryl has worked extensively with individuals receiving support through Long-Term Disability (LTD), Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), and Workers’ Compensation (WCB) programs. Her practice focuses on helping clients maximize functional independence, overcome barriers to recovery, and successfully achieve sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Throughout her career, Cheryl has collaborated closely with insurers, employers, healthcare professionals, and legal representatives to develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans that support recovery and promote meaningful participation in work and daily life. Cheryl’s expertise includes occupational assessment, vocational rehabilitation, disability management, return-to-work planning, case management, and workplace accommodation recommendations.
Committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice, she has recently completed advanced training in Prolonged Exposure Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), enhancing her ability to support individuals experiencing psychological and emotional barriers to recovery.
