Job Site Visit
Struggling to progress with a Gradual Return to Work plan?
Occupational Therapists (OTs) conduct Job Site Visits (JSVs) to comprehensively assess how an individual interacts with their work environment. These interventions are crucial for evaluating the impact of work practices, environmental factors, and body mechanics on an individual's well-being and ability to safely perform their job.
Our team of OTs will observe the worker completing all critical job demands, meet with the employer to understand current demands of the role, and provide list of practical strategies and recommendations to improve safety and help the client return to full duties.
JSVs serve as a proactive approach to address potential barriers to productivity, mitigate risks of injury, and facilitate a smooth transition back to work during rehabilitation.
